Niels Albert (BKCP-Powerplus) won also the second race of the Cyclo Cross season, the GP Wisseltrofee Eric Vanderaerden in Neerpelt, Belgium. The World Champion was accompanied by Stybar (Fidea) and Vantornout (Sunweb-Propob) on the podium.

Albert was again using the SHIMANO DURA-ACE Di2 electronic shifting system, SHIMANO shoes and Eyewear, DURA-ACE wheels and a PRO handlebar and stem.
